I am really disappointed in the experience I had at Arby's on Nelson St in Lexington VA around 2pm 9/15/2015. I sat at the drive through with no one acknowledging me at all for at least three minutes. I had to go inside. I wasn't greeted in there immediately either. After my order was taken, the girl at the counter filled up the two teas I ordered and sat them back on the counter for me with no lids or straws. Dirty dirty dirty, trash everywhere, had to find the one clean table, here on vacation. Good food friendly workers but dirty
Food is delicious but overpriced. Service leaves something to be desired however. Be ready for a wait if you go through the drive through.
Typical Arby's, only worse. Sandwiches thrown together by careless kids. Overpriced for the sloppy menu.
This was a great experience - food was good but the staff was great!! From the moment we entered (about 8:00 pm Fri 1/5/2012) and were greeted by the young woman at the counter to being served in a timely and friendly manner to a young man working behind the food prep area calling out a "have a good evening, ladies and thanks for stopping in" as we headed to the door - really welcoming and professional service. They are exceptional at customer service!

Arbys in Pierre, SD is a joke. There have been multiple times where I have had to return because my order has been completely messed up. Today I sent a friend to get me the italian sub meal. When she got back, I seen it was a turkey club meal. I went down there myself, 6 months pregnant, & told them I was sick of them screwing up my orders all the time. i visit this arby's frequently and am always pleased. the restaurant is always clean, good service and there deals can't be beat.
