Drive through and the restaurant in general were busy today, and that can be understandable, being told that the jalapeño poppers would take a while to make, would I please pull forward? Sure, no problem. So 1. Wasn't given, nor offered, my receipt didn't think much about it at the time, they were busy, surely it's gonna be in the bag.... Came through the drive through during my lunch. I ordered a Big Cheesey Burger. Now when I say, my burger was picture perfect, I mean it! The service was fact, cashier was friendly and my fries were hot!
We drove over 2000 miles just to visit arbys! Good meals, service was extraordinary good.
We placed an online order at around 940 PM, knowing that the store didn’t close until 10 PM. When the order was complete, we saw that it was going to arrive the next day at 10 AM, but Katie and the team were super helpful and got our order that night with a great attitude! Thanks so much Katie and don’t place an online order after 930 or it come the next day!
