Bad sauces, awful meat and lousy french fries
Usually a great place to eat. Every once in a while they don't fill your fries up and you pay for a large but get a medium. They also tend to forget to give you au jus with your French dip.
Usually I'm very pleased with Arbys in Laramie. However tonight I pulled into the drive through at 1042 pm and was greated by the machine saying they were closed and to come back during normal business hours. I pulled through the drive through to be stuck behind a customer they had decided to serve, then watch as they barred the window at 1044pm. They have the best Customer Service and usually remember your Name.
This location made me like Arby's again. It's always busy, but may not always be the quickest. The turkey gyros are great (and not too many calories) and the mozzarella sticks are perfect to eat as a quick snack just by themselves. My favorite? The roast turkey ranch and bacon sandwich - loaded with turkey, peppered bacon, cheddar, tomato, onion, lettuce, and ranch. But, the shakes is where it's at
The food was good. As advertised. I rang the bell!
Ordered a beef and cheddar mid meal and couldn't have been more disappointed. My sandwich looked like it had been smacked up against a wall by a disgruntled worker before he put the most pathetic amount of cheese on it. It appears that my sandwich was made entirely of end pieces.
