Sat in the drive thru line for an hour. Multiple ppl coming and going from inside the store. Once I got to order I asked if I t was quicker to come inside since I’ve already been waiting an hour. The manager said they were short 6 ppl and I can do whatever I want, how about that. I left went to subway. Got my food within 10 min of being there and I didn’t have to worry about ppl spitting in my food.

We ordered 2 beef and cheddar sandwiches tonight and apparently you have to specify that you want cheddar and arbys sause on these now? we got buns with just beef on them. I'm super upset and disappointed to have spent $8 on a sandwich like this.
