The drive thru is slow as hell! I can't believe it takes that long to make 1 sandwich.

went inside. stood there for about 10 minutes. I was the only customer in the restaurant. Finally a girl told me to go to the other end of counter. I went down there and the 3 employees were just talking instead of someone taking my order. I stood there for 5 more minutes and nobody was taking my order. I left there and went down the road to Burger King. I waited there for 30 seconds to take my order. I will never go to Arby's again
Nothing better than eating a cold beef and cheddar sandwich. I cannot believe this sandwich is cold. Disappointed.
Good service good food. No complants enjoyed my lunch with a friend dined in.
went thru drive up checked bag, was missing fries they fixed it. got home and gave my husband his food he opens his sandwich and there was lettuce tomato and dressing but no roast beef I mean seriously that's kinda the biggest part to be missing anyway he goes back they give him a new sandwich but by the time he gets home the rest of his food was cold ... not to happy
