I took my dog to see Dr. Sydnie Jones, and had a great experience. My dog can be quite anxious, but Dr. Jones was incredibly patient, kind, and gentle, making him feel as comfortable as possible while ensuring he received the care he needed. The entire staff was also warm and friendly and I really appreciated how compassionate everyone was!
I was a little worried before coming because I noticed the clinic only had a 4.1-star rating. But after my visit, I realized ratings are relative, and my experience was genuinely excellent. I brought my Russian tortoise in for a beak trim today. The veterinarian was incredibly patient and gentle—not only with my tortoise, but also with me, taking the time to explain everything and making sure we both felt comfortable. Dr. Sydnie Jones was patient and took the extra time to warm up to our two nervous German Shepherds before getting hands on for their exams and shots. This empathic and caring approach was much appreciated vs the ‘straight to the muzzle’ approach.
They are very gentle with my guinea pigs . The black one is Coolio and the other one is Limp Bizkit
They don’t care about you or your animals!!!
