A large branch fell off a huge western red cedar at my mother's home the other day. I was worried that other branches might also fall and cause serious damage so I frantically called & left messages with a bunch of local tree companies. Norm was the first to return my call and he was able to get to the house a few hours later to assess what was needed then provided a very reasonable quote. Review submitted on behalf of Carolyn Pinkney... We recently engaged Arbutus Tree Services to provide an arborist report on damage to our Laurel bushes. While initially quoted a base price of $500, the company failed to provide a firm quote or clarify the possibility of additional charges, despite our repeated requests for transparency during inspections.
