They park in the middle of the Laneway giving no space for neighbors to navigate around them. It’s really inconsiderate.
Thanks to Norm for making this a good overall experience. We received a reasonable quote and booked our appointment. Although the first date didn’t work out due to the crew being unavailable, Norm promptly rescheduled us. At the next appointment the crew was delayed again, but Norm went the extra mile by keeping me informed throughout. He explained the staff shortage they were dealing with and provided regular updates on when the crew would arrive. His communication and professionalism really made the difference.

A large branch fell off a huge western red cedar at my mother's home the other day. I was worried that other branches might also fall and cause serious damage so I frantically called & left messages with a bunch of local tree companies. Norm was the first to return my call and he was able to get to the house a few hours later to assess what was needed then provided a very reasonable quote.
