I was a customer of Arbutus Self storage on franklins gull rd for nearly 4 years. i paid them roughly $ 30 000.00 plus dollars in storage fees . i never missed a payment , cleaned out my storage rooms on time and left the site in good standing with them . They made a few errors regarding CC info a couple of times but we were able to straighten things out . Some mis management on their part took place over the years but everything was sorted out .
