Excellent service for you, the customer. They will go out of their way to find you a better deal, for parts in my case. No gouging here. All employees professional, honest, friendly, helpful. Nice layout for dropping off/picking up trailer. They even washed my trailer for free. The competition won't do that!
Trish at Arbutus Sidney service department really made the extra effort for me. My RV after-market waste hose had sprung a leak and she did careful research to find and order the exact OEM replacement for my Roadtrek. Since the Sidney service centre was booked solid for a couple of weeks, she went the extra mile and arranged to get the waste hose replacement done just a few days later at another Arbutus RV location up island, and she handled all the administration with competence and grace.
