The entire experience was excellent. Shawn Zawasky and Tracey Cramer both were very professional and helped with all aspects of the purchase of our RV.
Purchased our used 2024 Jayco 27ft beauty of a trailer everything and more for what we were hoping to find. Our showing agent, Nadia was exceptionally informative, thorough, and very welcoming. Tracy made arrangements for the delivery down to Sidney to better accommodate us and saw to it that we obtained the best extended coverage possible. Must say the added perks were also appreciated! I just got a previously owned trailer from the parksville location. I couldn’t be happier with my service. From the moment I walked through the door Nadejda was the first I met . She showed me many options, we toured a lot of trailers. Nadejda was/is good at what she’s doing. I felt like I left with a new friend lol. Then I met Tracy the branch manager.
