This place has an excellent service department. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and refreshingly, demonstrate effective communication skills, so often lacking today. They are all clearly trying to do the best job for their customers. I had approached three other RV service department nearby who had found dealing with my problem - a manufacturer's stove recall- too difficult to tackle or perhaps, too small a job to warrant any effort on their behalf. Got a new hot water tank. Sergio was great, helpful. On time, knew what the problem was and very helpful on preventative maintenance. Very happy with our experience.

I previously spent over $200,000 on an RV from this dealership, so I expected better service as a returning customer. Unfortunately, they refused to match a competitor’s price of $110 for a water heater part—despite also charging for installation and making a clear profit on the part itself. It’s hard to understand how this approach makes sense if customer retention is a priority. Sadly, this experience has cost them a loyal customer over something relatively minor. A huge thank you to Serge and all the team at Arbutus RV, they gave me so much of their time and helped me out enormously when I really needed it. I had a great day and was made to feel welcome and was given excellent service, I would highly recommend them for anything you need doing to your RV.
