We had been playing with the idea of getting a trailer soon, so we stopped by the lot a couple months ago and checked out what was there. I Was just set up for camping at Rathtrevor beach this weekend when my RV trailer batteries crapped out on me. I got to Arbutus RV in parksville just after 5pm on Friday when the parts and service people were just leaving. Trisha stayed and sold me 2 new batteries. She was super pleasant, helpful and understanding of my situation. Thank you so much Trisha. You saved my weekend. I will always recommend you and your team.
