We ran into some trouble with our camper on the first night of a three night trip at Rathrevor Beach before continuing onto the Mainland for several more nights. It was such a headache and we weren’t sure if we would need to head home or cancel our plans. These folks helped us out of our pickle and got things working again smoothly. Can’t thank Serge enough for squeezing us into a busy day and even letting us show off our Jackery ;) Continuing on with our trip after great service!
This place has an excellent service department. The staff are friendly, knowledgable and refreshingly, demonstrate effective communication skills, so often lacking today. They are all clearly trying to do the best job for their customers. I had approached three other RV service department nearby who had found dealing with my problem - a manufacturer's stove recall- too difficult to tackle or perhaps, too small a job to warrant any effort on their behalf. Got a new hot water tank. Sergio was great, helpful. On time, knew what the problem was and very helpful on preventative maintenance. Very happy with our experience.
