Had their own rabbit Sentinel standing guard at the door. Couldn't help because they were too busy and I would've had to wait a week and you can't when you're on the road.
I just bought my dream van from Arbutus RV in Parksville. The staff are wonderful, kind and accommodating. The service was exceptional! Many thanks
Most rude and disrespectfull company I ever had to deal with. Never going to buy an Rv from these guys. Seriously needs to learn how to respect people.
Called them at 4:55 pm Sunday on a long weekend. Not only did they answer, but assisted me with no qualms as a kindness.
I felt safe and the friendliest people ever
