Custumer services after sale sucks... they don't return call when they tell you that they will.... really not fun to feel like they don't care about you after you spend 130 grand in their dealership... really disapointing...
They up their prices just to have a “sale” price on their site. Have noticed this quite a few times as there’s been units I have been looking at for a while. They did this a year and a bit ago when I was watching the price of one unit. It went “on sale” but in actuality the price was $3000 more than what it had been a couple weeks prior.
In the fall of 2023, we took our year old Winnebago in to get a complete Go-Power solar package installed. Unfortunately, it wasn't done very well. The system failed before we even got home to Creston. Troubleshooting showed the connections at the MC4 connectors were not properly crimped, several wires fell out first check. Andrew, then the parts manager, sent me a complete repair kit, and I purchased the proper crimping tool, and we were back in business.
