I took my 2013 Pleasure way pursuit to Arbutus RV in Mill Bay for some repairs. I needed a new water pump and some toilet repairs. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. I had a quote for the total costs within 24 hours. The repairs were carried out quickly and thoroughly. I was very happy with the work done and as a bonus they contacted me after I had left the lot to say that they had overcharged me and processed a credit to my card right there and then. We bought our first Motorhome from Arbutus Mill Bay, Jen was our sales representative, when I noticed a small oil leak coming from one of the leveling jacks, I talked to Collin the service manager, he said bring it in, he had his techs look at it, found the problem, cleaned it up, back together, just in time for us to go on our holiday, great service, Collin was easy to talk to, understood my concerns, just great customer service, no issues Thanks
Bought a brand new trailer, had no brakes all the cupboards were broken, asked for modifications they said they didn’t do them (Nanimo) had to wait a month for the trailer to get brakes semi fixed,modifications were done at the cobble hill arbutus after Nanimo said they didn’t do them Cobble hill quoted us $500 went to pick up it was $1000 not good to their word. We have been long time customers I don’t know if we will be back
