Very good experience buying our trailer. Kind staff and lots of nice rv's to look at. They even brought a nother trailer up from another branch for us to look at.
The service department has been absolutely the best. We bought our trailer from Comox Valley RV. Do not buy anything from them. After having many issues with our trail, Comox Valley was very incompetent. In comes Arbutus Rv. They have been great with all the issues we've been experiencing. Quick to get us in and one our way. Colin ,Ash and Tim plus Tracy and Christin have been helpful, keeping us in the loop and understanding of our frustration. We had a great purchase and delivery experience from Arbutus RV - Mill Bay, with our new-to-us slightly used 29' Class A motorhome. Our main contact, Trent Gillespie, was a great communicator, gave good advice to be able hold this unit as it came available, and gave good support throughout the transaction.
