Huge rave to Arbutus RV in Merville for helping us out when we were heading out for our 1st camping trip & developped an issue. Even tho. they were very busy, a mechanic and the service advisor Becky came out & took a look. There was no charge & we continued on our way.
Worked with the team to consign a mobile fifth wheel. Very friendly and excellent service. Definitely not your normal sales vibe. No used car lot feeling at all. Just constant attention to detail and doing the right thing for the customer. That's how they win.
Last week My husband and I were disappointed with our visit to the store. We have been accustomed to the warm welcome from familiar faces over the last 14 years. Something has changed, all of the offices are empty, not one sales person approached us. We were asked what we were doing on premise by a women carrying a bucket.
