Leasing at Arbutus Residences has been such a great experience! Victoria was professional, responsive, and extremely helpful throughout the whole process — she made everything clear and stress-free. The building itself is fantastic, with great amenities that make living here very convenient. I moved into this building and had such a great experience with the management team. Jasper was really helpful throughout the leasing process, making everything simple and stress-free. The manager Boris is especially kind and welcoming, and it made moving in feel so much easier.
