We had a great, smooth experience moving into this building thanks to our building manager Boris. He’s very responsive and helpful with any requests or maintenance related questions. The building is maintained well and is a pleasure to live in. The recent services in regards to better package delivery is also greatly appreciated, many thanks to the team.

Such an amazing two years living here!!! Beautiful location, Victoria and Jasper are the best - were so helpful with moving and taking care of us throughout our time here, going to miss it!!! Love the Safeway nearby and the Arbutus Greenway is across the street.
Building is fantastic. Victoria and Jasper are even better. You might come for the building’s great views and amenities - but you’ll stay for the incredible service provided by Victoria and Jasper.
Jasper helped us find the perfect unit for us! We are excited to be living in this neighbourhood, with all the essentials close by. ++ helps with a positive experience when the office is right next door + the team is so responsive and great to communicate with!
