I’ve been to most the arbutus service shops on the island and the Port Alberni shop is far my favourite, I went with a family member for their walk through and It was really knowledgeable and helpful for customers that were new to the camping world, I was impressed with how well everything was delt with when some concern/questions came up, you can say we left happy campers, I highly recommend
I purchased a trailer from Arbutus RV and had the most amazing experience at this service location. They were so thorough inspecting it and fixing all the little things that the factory missed prior to us having our walk through. Everything went totally seamless throughout every step.
