I have just spent 50 MINUTES non stop on the phone and all I get is the phone lines are busy, do they only have one phone line? That absolutely ridiculous to have to wait and not get answered. They need to improve their system, no phone is busy for that long. Trying to get an appointment with Dr. Alshorbagy (sp) who is fantastic but the front office staff are really lacking.
