After HUD International took over my previous insurance company, I noticed a significant spike in my auto rates. Very displeased with this business. When my agent, Neil, was with Miller Insurance, we could stop in and see him or call him and he'd respond quickly. Now that it's Arbury, there is ZERO response. I asked for a quote in Summer of 2023 with NO RESPONSE ever. I repeatedly left messages, both on the phone and at the receptionist and feel completely ignored.
