Now I see the bad reviews and understand why. I called over a month ago about my C-pap having a kink in the hose and let them know that I couldn’t use it because I had to sleep a certain way while holding the hose. Nobody has ever gotten back with me. I’ve had to sleep in my recliner for well over a month now because I’m scared to sleep laying in bed without my c-pap. I was told that if there were any problems that I could call the number on the machine and get immediate service. That’s a lie.

Would not recommend. Someone there named Donald, who answers the phone is VERY, VERY rude. If you want good customer service, do not use this business. Update - I’ve been billed again for an invoice I paid 8/25/2025, the day I was released from the hospital. I just received a new bill dated 11/27/2025 for the same equipment. This company is a fraud.
