I would NOT use this doctor especially if it is for pain and you are pursuing a disability claim with the Social Security Dept. I was UA'd 5 times and flunked three of them. The first was because I took a diet pill that I had a prescription for, the second was two weeks after a major surgery and the third was for pot. He lied and said he stopped giving me morphine which he never did. I fired him. They don't write your name on the cup or the date and my UA could have easily been mixed with someone else.
