Worst dental experience, hands down. I had 2 crowns and a root canal done. Currently having to consult a specialist for the root canal. AND one of the crowns fell out. I had to find a new dentist to build a completely new crown that matched the color of my teeth. They have no guarantee or warranty on their work. Not even two months after they put my faulty crown on, it fell off and they wouldn't even temporarily glue it on unless I paid $100 that day. This is a great dental practice. Very friendly staff, quick to respond to issues and questions. They’ve worked with every insurance I’ve had. Their prices are very reasonable, and I never felt pressured to get anything done (unlike the other dental office in Sulphur). Dr Pettigrew is very gentle, I always request her give my injections. We recently moved and now I’m trying to find a new dentist. If it weren’t so far I’d continue using this office.
Waited to write my review until all work was settled and eating again. Love Arbuckle Dental and I will say, they are all very nice people and great at what they do, but i have to give Pam a shout for the veterans. She will work for our veterans to insure all processes are taken care of in a timely manner and, did i mention they are really nice about it?
