On 1.4.26 our Indoor/Outdoor cat had been missing for 24 hours. With all of the Coyote activity near us we feared the worst. Early that Sunday afternoon while we were outside continuing to look for the cat we heard a faint "Meow" and intensified our search at ground level. Very responsive, Jon-Erik showed up on time, very polite and friendly. He was very patient to listen to my concerns, and able to give me an assessment on the trees that I was concerned about, answered all of my questions and needs in a timely manner. Very professional, reliable and highly knowledgeable. Will use him again, highly recommend ArbSmart!
