I would like to give a big thank you to the respiratory nursing team at Arbroath Infirmary, Rachel, Emily, Lynn, Deirdre and Nicola. These nurses were excellent at delivering pulmonary rehab at the Saltire sports centre. We were made welcome from the start and encouraged to use the weights and apparatus correctly for various exercises. The warm ups and cool downs were fun. We were given lots of good advise, information and ideas on coping with COPD. This pulmonary rehab group has made a big difference to my quality of life. ... read more
