We’ve lived here for almost a year and we honestly have no complaints! Very family friendly! It’s a quiet neighborhood; nobody bothers anyone but the neighbors are awesome and it’s very well maintained. A lot of the apartments have been updated with new flooring and whatnot so it’s a very fresh, clean apartment building, and there’s pest control and all that great stuff included so you won’t see any little critters! I LIVED HERE FOR OVER 4 YEARS THE APARTMENTS WERE PAPER THIN BUT NICE, I MOVED BECAUSE OF THE #ABOVE #VERY NOISY.(INTENTIONALLY) NEIGHBORS AND ALSO I FOUND A MUCH QUIETER APARTMENT THAT WAS MUCH CHEAPER ...VANESSA LONGORIA WAS THE BEST THEN NEXT KRISTEN HENDRY 🙏🙏🙏🙏

My family and I love living here at Arbours. The complex is well maintained, Ms. Eimi is incredibly helpful with you getting accommodated and really cares about her residents and David our maintenance man is very handy and makes sure to resolve any issues in a timely manner. Very friendly environment!
