I rarely leave reviews, but my recent experience at Volkswagen Arbour was unacceptable. My father purchased a demonstration vehicle from this dealership. It had several minor stone chips, and we were told at delivery that they would be repaired. We were supposed to be contacted by the end of June, but no one called. When I contacted the dealership myself, I was told there was no record of the promised repair. However, our salesperson, Mr. François, later confirmed that the repair had indeed been promised.
