This company is the absolute worst. A few years back they broke off a 3 foot section of our paved road and didn’t say anything. Today, they made a giant mess on our property leaving big limbs everywhere. I went ahead and stacked the pieces myself, it’s a shame that PG&E uses this awful company to do their mandatory tree removal services. The head guy in charge of the crew actually came out to our property with the head person of PG&E vegetation management a month or so ago to go over everything and what we would expect them ... read more
They came to trim for pg&e and were told to schedule a day so it doesn't interfere with us. Twice they showed up without scheduling or even calling. Very unprofessional. They also barely trimmed the tree. It will all be grown back by next year and I'll have to deal with them again. Not happy at all
Just a quick note regarding the crew working in the Shopville/Somerset KY area. It is our pleasure to say the crew working this area are one of the hardest working crew of individuals we have seen in quite some time. They are thorough, professional and courteous in their work . They personify safety working and do an excellent job of clearing the debris while doing their jobs. Update: received a call and they apologized for their crews actions. While it doesn't change things it's nice to know they hold accountability to those needed. I'd give negative stars if I could. They showed up unannounced went under a cable with a no trespassing sign, told they could only access property in a scheduled time with permission, one guy called a supervisor and said they were refused access so they left.
