I contacted Arbor Works in April 2025 to arrange tree pruning around my property. They initially told me the work would be scheduled for May. I followed up mid-May, but by the end of the month, my project still hadn’t been scheduled. Eventually, they pushed the date to June 5th and sent a confirmation email. Took 3 weeks after visit to receive a quote that was double the 3 other bids....so essentially tried to rip me off....NEVER NEVER NEVER trust this group!!!!!!!! 0 STARS. Arrogant!
