I’ve been coming to this office for years, including during both of my pregnancies, and have always enjoyed the care and attention I received. Especially, when Claire was there. However, my most recent experience left me disappointed. I scheduled my appointment months in advance and arranged it during my work break. I had a great experience with my midwife but unfortunately the on call nurse staff was not great. One nurse in particular continued to leave me feeling dismissed, and put down for calling with my concerns. It was hard to get into contact with anyone in a timely manner as well.
This is our second pregnancy with Arbor Woman. We greatly appreciated Arbor Woman with our first pregnancy, but this pregnancy has been an unpleasant experience. One of my main issues is the inability to talk to anyone at the office. They recently switched to a phone answering system that has you leave a message instead of connecting you with a person.
