Have two sick Douglas Fir trees. Local tree service company has become unreliable, so I emailed Arbortech on a Saturday evening (knowing they are closed Sat & Sun - and this particular Sunday being Mother's Day). Sunday morning I received an email response requesting photos of the trees.
