I have been an Arborstone Storage customer for over two years. I rarely have any issues with billing. I think twice including today and it was just making sure that my home owner's insurance was approved and I was credited back the $10.00 that the system billed for Arborstone's Safe Lease instead of recognizing that my insurance was approved. Great! Great customer service always and today, Shelby took care of the issue in about 1 minute. Thanks Arborstone for employeeing such great customer service staff. Highly recommend do... read more

Anna was great..I had to ask for an extension to pay due to my car breaking down 2 days ago. The tow bill wiped me out until payday. Since I have never been late in the last year, Anna agreed to wave the late fee when I call in to pay the bill by the 10th when I get paid next. . She was very friendly & understanding. Thank you all.
