Very quick and helpful
Shelby was patient, competent, and efficient in handling the termination of our storage unit rental in Quitman. She genuinely cared about my process and volunteered to remain on the phone with me until all the boxes were checked. Terrific customer service. Y’all are fortunate to have Shelby.
Yes Anna I think that was her name very helpful
Leslie was very easy to work with, all while sitting at the gate to the storage facility while on the phone. Rental rates are reasonable too. UPDATE 7/27/26 - MARY was AWESOME at assisting me with updating my payment information, and a pleasure to talk to!!! Absolutely no complaints with Arborstone Storage in Quitman, Texas!!!!
Anna was awesome.
