The units were dirty, full of spider webs, rat droppings, and fire ant mounds in the corner of the unit. The overhead door was hard to open and the locks were difficult to use because of tampering or attempted break-ins. Evidently there is no one taking care of this property or managing it. The units are in a good location, but they are being neglected. That is the reason there are so many vacant units. There are no lights in the unit I rented so I guess the electricity does not work either. I will be moving out in the near ... read more
