Buildings were broken into a month ago. I had several items stolen and so did other tenants. I have been unable to make a claim on the insurance I pay through them because you have to do it online. When attempting to do it online this location is not an option in the claims portal. I have sent messages through the portal but never recieved any responses. Running late and was afraid I would not be able to get into a unit this evening. Went ahead and rented online so I could stop on my way to the job site tomorrow and to my surprise I received my confirmation and was able to get in this evening. Thanks for the quick service it was a lifesaver.
