Our unit was broken into along with several others several months ago. Their insurance process is a total joke. Their is zero security, there are no cameras and their customer service is awful. Today were were driving by and noticed an open unit. We were worried it was ours again so we turned around and went back. The one next to us was open, latch cut and lock on the ground. Great customer service and good size storage units for good prices!
Buildings were broken into a month ago. I had several items stolen and so did other tenants. I have been unable to make a claim on the insurance I pay through them because you have to do it online. When attempting to do it online this location is not an option in the claims portal. I have sent messages through the portal but never recieved any responses. Furthermore they say the place is under survelance. This is a lie there are no functional cameras. I will not be recommending this storage location and will be removing my p... read more
Running late and was afraid I would not be able to get into a unit this evening. Went ahead and rented online so I could stop on my way to the job site tomorrow and to my surprise I received my confirmation and was able to get in this evening. Thanks for the quick service it was a lifesaver.
