The building & grounds are extremely clean & well maintained. Repair requests are addressed almost immediately ( Update 6/27/2024: I spoke with Evan, the property manager; concerning a key I had given to a relative that had not been returned. I asked how much it would cost to have the deadbolt lock on my door changed. Evan not only did it free, it was done within an hour!). The thieves in this building is at it again!!! This is the 3rd time my packages have been stolen!!! The first two times was my medication, so now I can no longer have my medication delivered. Now my package with my medical supplies is gone, I reported this to the property manager, they put up dummy cameras, but the thieves know they don't work.
