Have put in an application over two weeks ago. No one is answering the phone. I received only one email, and was told I would receive a call Wednesday with an update. Two weeks after applying. It's now Saturday and still no response or update, after paying $500 in an administration fee to apply. I would expect a business to be more efficient. I would also like to add, they answered then immediately hung up as well.
Just moved in at Arbors on Duke, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The units are really well kept and everyone is super friendly. Austin, Meghan and Dani have all really helped out and have gone out of their way to make sure my move in process went as smooth as possible.
It’s hard to believe I’ve been at Arbors on Duke for four years now and honestly, it’s still one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. This isn’t just an apartment complex, it’s a community, a little pocket of peace and personality tucked away right in Alexandria. I came in to look at an apartment in AOD and I was impressed by the property as well as the staff that walked me through. Megan made the tour a delightful experience. She was informative and such a sweetheart.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful. The managing office has been there for me as I am new to the area, especially Megan who is so approachable and informative! The property is well cared for and I love my neighbors.
