ALL POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. redwood incentivizes people to leave good reviews which is why you’ll notice ridiculously overly enthusiastic reviews with no context or that purely talk about how prompt their maintenance repair was. Half of the good reviews are from people who literally just toured the property and don’t live there. Need assistance with being able to open door. Repairs completed within 30 minutes. All employees I have had contact with at office of Redwood and repair went above my expectation and were outstanding.
