I have just moved in to Arbors of Brentwood. All of the office staff(Arthur-Manager, Zonia assistant manager and Alyssa-lease consultant, have been so nice and accommodating during my move. I was assigned to Zonia, who is friendly, professional and extremely patient and a great time manager. I had some "technical" issues with my application, Zonia worked with me and I am finally HOME!! The absolute best experience I have had thus far. Very professional on time organization. From Management down. Zonna was the great!! Walked me through the process of renewal in a timely manner.
There are 2 pools at the Arbors. There's a flavor to each and a different set of people venture over there during the summer. Pick yours and start making friends!
The deck gets pretty scorching hot during the summer so be sure to snag a close spot to the pool so you don't have to walk far.
I lived in the apartment for the year of 2012. Over the time I was there I had to complain to the office about a number of things. First, right after I moved in they said they needed to fix something with the fire place. It was only supposed to take a couple of days. They did not tarp my furniture or clean up what so ever and there was dry wall dust covering my furniture, curtains and carpet! My toilet seat was left up and there was a dry wall dust hand print left on my refridgerator door! I was so mad! I called the apartmen... read more
I think there might be more dogs than people living here! Maintenance has been super quick for me. The office has been very helpful and welcoming. Neighbors have been friendly. Love it here!
Under new management! The new owner is having all of the buildings re-painted! We haven't had any problems since we moved here last year. They are kinda slow with work orders when something breaks!
The grounds are nicely kept, friendly ofc staff and maintenance has always been there quickly and professionally. Love living here!
If you need something fixed in your apartment they will always tell you "it's on order" but don't hold you're breath waiting.still waiting for a new medicine cabinet &a new bathroom sink after 8 mos.
