Everyone at the Arbors at Ridges did a wonderful job taking care of my Mother. They were always courteous, understanding, and always treated her with the utmost respect. Arbors at Ridges has been a god-send for me and my family. I live out of State and our mom needed the early stages of assisted living. We interviewed and visited many assisted living facilities in the Minneapolis / St. Paul area and found Arbors at Ridges to be the best fit for a reasonable price for a new home for mom. That was over 2 years ago and we know (and mom agrees) that we made a wonderful choice. The staff has always been available to answer our questions and take care of mom's needs. My mother-in-law was apprehensive about moving to assisted living but she soon said this was her new home. She received great care and the staff were like family. During the 15 months until her passing she also moved from assisted living to a care suite. It was nice that she could stay in one location and move to another 1 bedroom apartment very similar to her first one. No place will ever be perfect but in the few times a mistake was made the service recovery exceeded our expections. We would definitely recommend the Arbors... read more
