This review is actually just for a nurse and an aide named Heidi and Taylor. They take excellent care of all patients and always go the extra mile to make sure the residents are cared for. Like most places they struggle with staffing and these two ladies Will work 6 days,12 hr shifts in a row just to make sure the residents are properly cared for on their unit.
Disgusting place. Never answers there phone. Medical services is a minus one A patient in there is so congested he can't breath coughs etc . They give him pearl's not working. Run run run..
I was here for training and it was the best experience. The staff are very knowledgeable and welcoming. The building as a whole, was warm and inviting and the residents are very well taken care of
They did not take care of my mother. Due to neglect she is in the hospital with a bad infection. She was in there less than 3 weeks!!
My experience at London Rehabilitation Center for a good part of November was far better than I expected. I entered after days in the hospital needing serious rehabilitation to walk again. The facilities are very clean, pleasant and welcoming. The dining hall and other areas are decorated according to the seasons of the year. So uplifting.
