This place is awful! Rooms are filthy. The beds are more like a cot. Black mold on the pipes behind the curtains. Insurance companies really need to start checking places out before sending payments! The place needs torn down and rebuilt. It's extremely depressing. I feel bad for anyone that has to stay there.
I worked at London Health and Rehab and can confidently say the staff truly cares about the residents. It’s a clean, well-managed facility with a strong team atmosphere. The Life Enrichment team is top notch—always going above and beyond to keep residents engaged, active, and smiling. A great place to work and an even better place for residents to call home!
