The rooms are quiet, clean, and very well kept. The staff is friendly. The King room has a walk-in shower! And it has an elevator!
This was my second time staying at Arbors, and we’ll continue to stay here every single time we visit Pigeon Forge. The location is perfect. It’s centrally located with a very short walk to The Island, and there’s even a trolley stop directly in front of the hotel which makes getting around really easy. The rooms are incredibly clean, the bedding is spotless and very comfortable, and our room had everything we needed including a microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig. We had an impromptu girls weekend and lucked into the Sage and Stone condo. This is the most beautiful condo that I have ever stayed in, every detail was thoughtfully planned out. I can’t wait to stay there again!
This place went above and beyond in several ways. I would recommend to anyone seeking a place to stay while there.
