I can’t say enough about this hotel! This is one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at in pigeon Forge and we come four times a year for the last decade! I can’t believe I have not stayed here. I have always stayed at the big corporate Marriott and Hilton and I will never make that mistake again. From the time you meet your front desk agent, till the time you check out it is absolutely like you are at home with Family! It’s amazing! The hotel is wonderful! We were very impressed with the quality of the rooms and the landscaping. The staff are all fantastic! Definitely will return.
Arbors is a wonderful hotel/motel, and can’t say enough about the staff. We arrived at 9:30am because we drove overnight from Massachusetts and although the room wasn’t ready (obviously), the front desk clerk gave us some pool access only cards so that the kiddos could swim while we waited. It was an absolute life saver as the adults were exhausted and the kids were hot and restless.
