Letreana was great! She gave great customer service and answered all questions i had. made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Even though I couldn't be there in person due to military duties, she arranged for my coworker to do a walkthrough on my behalf.

These five stars are for maintenance, Johnathan and Quinton. I had some issues with certain issues that was long overdue before they were employed here. I noticed improvement due to their urgent response and completion of work within my Apt. Both showed patience, respect, empathy, and professionalism.
