I’ve only lived here for about 2 months. I must say, I am very pleased with the community. It definitely feels different than anything I’ve rented before. However, the leasing staff has been a huge disappointment. Then after a few days into the unit we notified The Arbors we had issues with our appliances. Immediately the Manager was quick to respond fixing multiple appliances that were neglected. Richard and Tra the other two Maintenance men who came to assist with various issues were professional, courteous made sure I was satisfied with their work prior to leaving. Deborah was amazing. She made the whole process for my family and I stress free. She answered all my queations and went above and beyond. She is the sweetest and if your looking to move ask for her.
UPDATE So, 5 months later, I'm downgrading my rating to three stars. We rented other apartments before, and we've never had so many problems within just 5 months. It was a huge red flag at the beginning when we were informed that our home was not ready only two days before our move-in. When we moved in a week later, the house still had plumbing issues, and the front entry was trashed with piles of cigarette stubs. Their accounting is a mess. I love living here. Everyone in the office is very helpful and friendly. Maintenance is quick to respond and repair. The grounds are well kept and it's peaceful and quiet. I would definitely recommend it.
