I have recently moved in and there were initially a few issues. However, the office staff, especially Aaliyah, have been very kind and available to assist with all needs in a timely manner. When I go to the office with questions, they are always welcoming with a smile and understanding. I would really like to highlight the great maintenance staff, Victor, Steven and other maintenance staff, who have gone above and beyond to address and resolve issues! Then after a few days into the unit we notified The Arbors we had issues with our appliances. Immediately the Manager was quick to respond fixing multiple appliances that were neglected. Richard and Tra the other two Maintenance men who came to assist with various issues were professional, courteous made sure I was satisfied with their work prior to leaving. Deborah helped us from the start and she is an amazing and sweet lady. She does all she can to help and we really appreciate it. I am having a large surgery very soon and she took a great deal of stress off me and the Mrs. by helping us get a place. We love the property driving through gives off and park like safe community vibe. Seems quiet and peaceful. We are very excited and can't wait to move in

Security will ring your doorbell and let you know that some Tweaker broke the handle off of the driver’s door of your car at one in the morning, but they won’t do anything to prevent it. The back gate is open 24 seven because it’s constantly being broken, security leaves the front gate unguarded multiple times a night and pretty much just waves everyone through without really stopping them and verifying anything. CAUTION!!! In October we applied for an apartment and we were approved. The lease agreement stated the move in date to be 11/7/25. We submitted all required forms, paid for a holding deposit, paid application fees, paid for renters for the whole year, Paid for internet, set up PG&E for gas, and set up SMUD for electricity. The only thing left to do was sign the lease on move in day. We didn't hear from the Arbors as it moved closer to our move in date and had a weird feeling.
