I feel like I was lost in the shuffle between the complex being sold and the new owners taking over. They didn’t bother cleaning the place before I moved in! The neighbors/residents throw their trash on the grass, sidewalks and street! This is what the Renovation looks like! All of the doors are missing the weatherstripping so bugs just crawl in! I am extremely ecstatic that FPI Management is now operating at The Arbors . The Manager in particular, Victor is phenomenal. He made sure the water heater was replaced immediately as it was failing for many months with zero addressed from the previous management company as well as resolving a major leak issue. I had a really great experience at The Arbors! I met with Aliyah, and she was absolutely amazing—super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process feel easy and welcoming. She took the time to answer all my questions and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I also had the chance to speak with Victor, the maintenance supervisor, and he was just as great. Then after a few days into the unit we notified The Arbors we had issues with our appliances. Immediately the Manager was quick to respond fixing multiple appliances that were neglected. Richard and Tra the other two Maintenance men who came to assist with various issues were professional, courteous made sure I was satisfied with their work prior to leaving. I have not been refunded my holding deposit. I have talked to Braxton,Aaliyah,Priscilla and Rob,Kourtney all have told me inaccurate information and have constantly prolonged my process to my application and now prolonging my refund. I applied April 28 2026 I have recorded calls and they are aware and I have receipts and bank statements. This is absolutely illegal! Not just myself but as I read down this place has stolen money from others but uses the application process to have the money in there hands.
