Deborah helped us from the start and she is an amazing and sweet lady. She does all she can to help and we really appreciate it. I am having a large surgery very soon and she took a great deal of stress off me and the Mrs. by helping us get a place. We love the property driving through gives off and park like safe community vibe. Seems quiet and peaceful. We are very excited and can't wait to move in

I feel it’s important to warn future tenants. My experience with this management company has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. We were told we needed to relocate to a different unit due to repairs—yet there was no clear communication about what kind of repairs were needed, whether they were for aesthetic reasons or major issues. Then after a few days into the unit we notified The Arbors we had issues with our appliances. Immediately the Manager was quick to respond fixing multiple appliances that were neglected. Richard and Tra the other two Maintenance men who came to assist with various issues were professional, courteous made sure I was satisfied with their work prior to leaving. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else for a residence because Arbors at Antelope is no place you call home. Where do i start boy they have a bad rodent problem i have had big rats/mice in my backyard. Oh and you will have to keep up your own maintenance with your backyard & tree’s they will not due so for you . Along with the Rodent problem they are infested with roaches and we are talking about HUGE roaches ! My wife and I are moving into the arbors next week and we’ve been very pleased so far! We love the neighborhood and the office staff have been great so far and really quick with our application and we look forward to moving in and living here and the events they had were awesome!! The Easter event was full of people and a lot of laughter and smiles all around they also have great rates going right now so if your looking for a fun safe and secure neighborhood to move into this is the place!!
