Deborah helped us from the start and she is an amazing and sweet lady. She does all she can to help and we really appreciate it. I am having a large surgery very soon and she took a great deal of stress off me and the Mrs. by helping us get a place. We love the property driving through gives off and park like safe community vibe. Seems quiet and peaceful. We are very excited and can't wait to move in

I feel it’s important to warn future tenants. My experience with this management company has been incredibly frustrating and disheartening. We were told we needed to relocate to a different unit due to repairs—yet there was no clear communication about what kind of repairs were needed, whether they were for aesthetic reasons or major issues. I’ve only lived here for about 2 months. I must say, I am very pleased with the community. It definitely feels different than anything I’ve rented before. However, the leasing staff has been a huge disappointment. Prior to moving in, the communication was horrible and I felt like I was begging to move in instead of feeling like they wanted to welcome me into the community. DO NOT MOVE HERE ! Save yourself the hassle and look somewhere else for a residence because Arbors at Antelope is no place you call home. Where do i start boy they have a bad rodent problem i have had big rats/mice in my backyard. Oh and you will have to keep up your own maintenance with your backyard & tree’s they will not due so for you . Along with the Rodent problem they are infested with roaches and we are talking about HUGE roaches ! Then after a few days into the unit we notified The Arbors we had issues with our appliances. Immediately the Manager was quick to respond fixing multiple appliances that were neglected. Richard and Tra the other two Maintenance men who came to assist with various issues were professional, courteous made sure I was satisfied with their work prior to leaving.
