I highly recommend Arbor Motion for anyone looking for an honest and professional auto shop. I brought an used Kia Sportage and needed a reliable local shop. The service is incredibly transparent—they never push for unnecessary works and keep you well-informed throughout the entire process. Every staff member is friendly, and they are always available by phone. My service contact was Chuck—he is fantastic! If you want reliable, high-quality service, this is the place to go.
Another Great service experience with these guys. I drive an Audi, so I don't take the car just anywhere and they have a Audi tech, time for an oil change, so nothing major, but I always go there because of the checklist and the overall review of the vehicle. Waited while they did the service and super satisfied again with another easy oil change and a full check, Great service, friendly service and very timely. I take my car here for all of the maintenance on this vehicle, they do care and always do a great job.
As always, work was done as promised, and on time. Once again, an excellent experience.
