We had a Saturday appointment for 9:00. I waited for one hour and no show no call. I called the main number but just got the recording. I then called the emergency number and reached Morgan. He totally forgot about the appointment, apologized and said he would leave now. He probably spent at the most 30 minutes to consult us on our fruit trees. ArborMax was very professional in their communication and Morgan was great in his description of what services would be provided. The tree pruning crew did a good job and were very respectful of our property. The cost for the services was pricey but we are pleased with the work done.
