I’ve been going to Natalia for close to a decade. She always does a phenomenal job, and is so friendly! I look forward to my appointments just to catch up with life!
I booked my appointment online and I showed up to my appointment called multiple times plus texted the phone number to try to reach Natalia and she did a complete no show. Charged me $13.50 for a down payment for the appointment and her door was locked with all the lights off. I even downloaded the app to check and my appointment vanished. I waited over an hour for her to show up and she never did. Absolute worse customer service and was not able to get ahold of her. Do NOT book with her.
I cannot say enough incredible things about Natalija. From the very first appointment, she has been nothing short of AMAZING. Her talent, professionalism, and genuine care for her clients truly set her apart.
