I was extremely disappointed in the overall outcome of my lashes after my appointment with Natalija. Although she was very nice during the visit, I came out with damage to both my eye and eyelashes. When I left I had multiple bottom lashes glued to my top lashes, causing a very uncomfortable tugging sensation every time I blinked. I also had to go to urgent care after my appointment due to extreme eye irritation that began immediately after my appointment , and was told I had a scratch on my eye.
