I was travelling from Vernon, BC to Calgary to catch a flight home to Saskatoon and was planning to make a stop at Arborist Supply to pick up a harness. When I realized I was going to arrive at the shop 10 minutes after close, I called to see if someone could stick around for me. I was so grateful that they said yes as I wouldn’t be back through Calgary until next summer and I can’t get what I wanted to buy at home.

Awesome, amazing company and people who know their products. I couldn't find parts for my Sandvik P16 pruners anywhere else in Canada. They knew exactly what I needed and they had it in stock. Fast shipping. Great positive attitude and attention to my needs. Got the parts < 5 days after I ordered them. I wish that I lived in Calgary, so I could see them in person.
