I called this company asking for an estimate and was told to email pictures of the tree. I sent a few pictures, then received an email back that only said, you need to move your house. This was completely unexpected being that this company said that they are professionals and certified arborists. They wasted my time to not even give me a quote. For a company that prides themselves on no task is too big, they definitely fell short on customer service. I would not recommend working with the company.
