James did a great job meeting our needs and had great communication. We had a large Elm tree split between ours and our neighbor’s property that branches started falling over our driveway and risks over our roof. He really listened to what we were looking for, and offered different options and recommendations that made sense without trying to push a sale. Will definitely work with him again.
I highly recommend the Arborist Prime team. A quote was provided quickly and they were able to get the needed tree removal and pruning scheduled around travel and vacation commitments. They were the best! James is extremely knowledgeable and we loved getting his expertise as an arborist when we had the largest pine tree in our yard die. He gave us a wealth of information on additional trees and helped us get the dead pine tree cut down and hauled away in a timely manner. We can’t recommend Arborist Prime enough!
James and his team provided excellent service trimming and pruning 5 trees and removing a 6th tree. They were efficient, professional, and cleaned up the area very well at the end of the job. The five remaining trees looked great with all dead wood removed.
