They removed a massive elm right next to my house, using a specialized crane. James is easy to work with. Fair price. Highly recommend.
I had a tree that was overgrown and running into my drain system so it needed to be taken down. The Arborist Prime crew was hard working and easy to work with. James was easy to reach and easy to get ahold of. Additionally James and his crew honored his pricing despite a couple changes I requested at the last minute. I appreciated the crew's no non-sense approach to the work! The pricing was also very reasonable for the work that I requested. Thank y'all!
James and his team were a great help addressing the removal of a very large tree. They communicated well before and during the job, were prompt, and took great care to safely bring the tree down in a tricky spot between two buildings and bordering a fence. Not a single picket was disturbed! Beyond that, they're just plain nice and interesting people and I won't hesitate to bring them out again should the need arise.
This company came to work at the Golden dog Park. I was sitting under the shade of this tree the day before, which was a tree that looked perfectly healthy tree as far as I can tell, but who knows. It may have been rotted inside and at risk of fallong. The beautiful, decades old tree was cut down and arborist prime put their name on it proudly. James helped identify and diagnose 2 mature, 80-100 ft, but sadly dying/hazardous trees on our property. He removed the trees with surgical precision, which was all the more impressive given their size and challenging locations (near power lines, nearly inaccessible to heavy machinery, etc.).
