Crystal and her team did an excellent job of removing a very large poplar tree from our yard this winter. It was a challenging job that other arborists declined. The quoted price was the final price so there were no surprises on the cost. I would highly recommend Arborist by Nature.

We have used Arborist By Nature the last 2 years and cannot say enough about Crystal. She is a wealth of knowledge and is always happy to answer all my questions regarding our trees, pruning timelines and future plans for our yard. We have had her prune our pear tree, remove another fruit tree that was slowly dying and prune our lilacs. She took the care and time to explain everything to us and answer all my questions. Crystal is amazing! I had the pleasure of meeting Crystal six years ago when I began working at Wellspring Calgary. Crystal has been our trusted arborist for years. She is truly an expert. She is careful, strategic and she knows exactly how to approach tricky situations. When had a problem at home earlier this week I knew exactly who to call. I use Arborist by Nature , Crystal is a excellent Arborist who meets all my needs . She explains exactly what will and will not happen with my trees & shrubs . I have been using Arborist By Nature for several years now. Crystal's depth of experience as a professional arborist is very apparent because she always suggests several possible tree or shrub management options and explains the pros and cons of each option as well as her recommendation before you decide what you would like to do.
