I was recently visiting my cousin and wanted to leave a review as a concern. During my stay, I was made aware that there was a mold problem. Speaking with others in the building, I found out not only did it go throughout the 2nd floor , but the third as well. It’s unacceptable as it is super concerning for the health and safety of the residents and not sure why anyone hasn’t done anything about it yet. Super risky. Residents have even left because it was not handled properly!
I give 5 stars to 95% of the businesses I review, however the management & corporation who own the thus and other properties are absolutely the worst. NOT the leasing agents or maintenance, the management. I would share more, however it would take too long and it-s be hard to believe. I have lived a long time and have had dealing with thousands of businesses in my professional capacity, but this corporation...unbelievable.
I've lived at Arboretum West Apartments for well over a year, and Amy has been fantastic every step of the way. She's super friendly, always quick to respond, and makes the whole process really easy. Truly appreciate her help and positive attitude — it’s made living here even better. Highly recommend!
