Aleesio has been so amazing. He is efficient Direct calls me right when he says he’s going to and it’s always available I can’t say enough about him. It doesn’t hurt he’s easy on the eyes. I've been living here just over a year, and am so impressed by the office team and maintenance crew. Starting right out with finding an apartment, these guys were prompt and organized. Moving in was a breeze. I'm truly blown away by how quickly the maintenance crew is with requests. They are always on it within a few hours, regardless of if it's an urgent need or not and they are always kind. My apartment in general is in great condition. As a former property manager for approximately 15 years in other regions and current paralegal, I feel the language of the application and marketing emails could be more clear to fully disclose the true application fee is $300 for two adults ($75+$75+$150) or $225 for one adult ($75+$150).
