I just moved into Arboretum West, and after living at several different complexes in the Wilmington area, Regan & the rest of the leasing office were by far the most helpful in the move-in process. The whole team was very accommodating and made the entire process a breeze!
I've been living at Arboretum West for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience here. The community is wonderful, everyone is so friendly and welcoming. It's truly a joy to come home to such a positive atmosphere. The amenities are top-notch. The gym and pool are always spotless and well-maintained, making it easy to stay active and relax without any worries. Words cannot describe Arboretum West Apartments. Not just because of the great location, quiet neighborhood, clean breezeways, gorgeous pool, great parking and prime location, but because of awesome people like Reagan Goodnight and Abby Bader who welcomes you with bright smiles and willingness to listen and help at the office. Customer service is always top tier. It’s very few and far between when I need maintenance but if I do, it’s super quick turn around and overall I’m just happy to be here. Thanks guys!
