Love it here. Arboretum Villages is a nice, quiet, peaceful place to live. The apartments surround a pond, and it's been beautiful each season. I signed a 15 month lease, and have not been disappointed with my stay so far. It's great! Love the community.
I have lived here for 11 years, the service is very responsive and fast. The property is very well maintained. I work the night shift and the property is not overly loud during the day. I have no plans on moving any time soon.
Our dog thinks the leasing office is her personal fan club, and honestly, she’s not wrong. Kera, Kim, and Donna treat her like a VIP every single time she drags us to the office to see her favorite ladies. The manager, Kim, keeps everything running smoother than my WiFi on a good day, and Donna brings the kind of kindness you can’t fake. And Kera - her friendliness, openness and kindness are what makes you feel at home. Don't rent from here. We rented from here for almost three years. Our apartment had mold in a few different places in the bathroom. We had a water leak in our bathroom; all they did was cover the leak with some wood. I was throwing up constantly due to the mold in the apartment. The office knew about that and would not accommodate us for that. The office doesn't do a good job, and the maintenance does subpar work.
