Very disappointing and unprofessional move-out experience with Arboritum Apartments. I paid for a professional cleaning service and left the apartment in excellent, spotless condition — no damage, no changes, everything well maintained. Despite this, I was still charged a $140 cleaning fee. When I contacted management, they first said this fee is charged even if residents clean the apartment themselves. Rude and greedy new management.
Love it here. Arboretum Villages is a nice, quiet, peaceful place to live. The apartments surround a pond, and it's been beautiful each season. I signed a 15 month lease, and have not been disappointed with my stay so far. It's great! Love the community.
