Great place to live! Very quiet and clean in!
It's a nice apartment, but don't expect customer service. The office staff basically hides from current residents, and the maintenance staff is difficult to get to react. My HVAC system broke down seasonally, and they're average response time was 5 days.
Very disappointing and unprofessional move-out experience with Arboritum Apartments. I paid for a professional cleaning service and left the apartment in excellent, spotless condition — no damage, no changes, everything well maintained. Despite this, I was still charged a $140 cleaning fee. When I contacted management, they first said this fee is charged even if residents clean the apartment themselves.
